Jenny Lockwood, Content Developer

Jenny Lockwood is Content Developer at Gnaritas. Most recently she has worked with the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Center for Information Systems Research at  and MIT Sloan Executive Education creating web-based training programs. With experience developing online courses in accounting and finance, Jenny has also worked with clients such as Harvard Business School, GE Capital and INSEAD.

Jenny has a master’s degree in social work and a B.A. in psychology and from the University of Michigan.

Joanna Maunder, Content Manager

Joanna Maunder is Content Manager at Gnaritas, working with clients such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary to design, create, and facilitate project-based and e-learning programs. With experience in developing distance learning materials in the U.K. in the 1990s, Joanna has also worked with clients such as Harvard Business School, New York University Law School and INSEAD.

Joanna has a B.A. in geography from the University of Cambridge, U.K., a diploma in management studies from the University of the West of England, U.K.,  and a masters in human resource education from Boston University.

David Santucci, Software Developer

David Santucci joined Gnaritas as a software developer in 2005. He has worked on projects for clients such as the Center for Information Systems Research at MIT Sloan School of Management, the Massachusetts Nurses Association, and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and he provides technical support for clients such as Natural Standard and MIT Sloan, Executive Education.

Before joining Gnaritas, David worked for Cambridgeport Bank in Cambridge, MA, where he maintained the bank’s website and developed an intranet site and other systems to support back-office operations.

David is a classically trained violinist who performs regularly in the Boston area. He has a master’s degree from the New England Conservatory in Boston and a Bachelor of Music degree from the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford, CT.

Christopher T. Wisdo, PhD, President

Chris Wisdo earned his PhD in computer science at Northwestern University’s Institute for Learning Sciences (ILS), an interdisciplinary research and development center dedicated to applying the principles of cognitive science, computer science, artificial intelligence, and educational theory to improving the way people learn.
Chris founded Gnaritas in 1999 to continue applying those ideas to help organizations address their internal performance-improvement challenges, and to help knowledge-rich organizations reach the widest possible audience with their insights. Since then, he has worked with distinguished experts in healthcare, business, and academia to create innovative systems that improve the way people work and learn.

Consultants

Scott Dasse, Designer

Scott Dasse is a design consultant to Gnaritas and the creative director for new media at Boston University.

Since becoming an interactive designer in the late 1990s, he has designed and developed websites for clients ranging from MIT to Exxon and has been recognized by professional associations such as the American Institute of Graphic Artists and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.

Scott received a master’s degree in graphic design from Boston University and studied digital sound and image at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

James A. Frey, Voice Narrator/Producer

Jim Frey is a voice narrator/audio engineer and a senior instructional designer at Boston University’s Office of Distance Education.

He has designed and developed educational media in both corporate and higher-education settings since 2000. Two examples of his work have been recognized by the United States Distance Learning Association. His projects for Gnaritas represent a “homecoming” of sorts, as voice narration and audio were his areas of specialization in school.

Jim received a master’s degree in media arts from Emerson College in Boston and studied mass media production at the State University of New York at Geneseo.
